Three Nut Variations
Everyone loves to snack on nuts. Try salty, roasted pecans tossed with soy sauce, or buttered walnuts coated with a cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove sugar, or golden, salted almonds roasted in a touch of olive oil. All are easy to make.
Chinese Pecans
Prep Time: 35 mins
Cook Time: 20 mins
Total Time: 55 mins

soy sauce

STEPS
Melt butter in small baking dish. Toss pecans with the butter.
Bake at 300° F for 30 mins. Sprinkle with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Cool.
Italian Almonds

STEPS
Place almonds in a baking dish. Toss with the olive oil.

Combine sugar with the spices. Toss nuts in the sugar until coated.
